Updated: May 28, 2020

Get cozy this Winter without having to break the bank with these budget-friendly soup recipes.

Each soup is made with simple, inexpensive ingredients but still packs a seasonal punch.

Another popular article last month, so I'm sharing another healthy, affordable recipe with you.

Packed with potatoes, carrots and corn, this soup is a great healthy dinner choice. It's not too heavy, so it also makes a nice light partner for a sandwich ~ Vicki Kerr, Portland Maine

*** NOTE ***

The last step in the recipe is to sprinkle with some Bacon Bits. For those of you that want a vegetarian veggie chowder, DON'T add the bacon bits :)
