In our January E-newsletter I had an article or series of info titled "Be Nourished in 2020."

The info I provided about the Dayaalu Center was the #1 most read / clicked on article.

Therefore, that tells me what Dayaalu Center provides is of great interest to you.

Below are some new programs being offered that I thought I would share with you:

THURSDAYS, 12:00PM - 2:00PM / MARCH 12TH - APRIL 2ND

Balance. Strength. Flexibility. Endurance. All are great qualities to help you Age Successfully.

*** NOTE *** This may be covered by your insurance

WEDNESDAYS, 7:00PM - 8:30PM / FEBRUARY 26TH - APRIL 22ND (except spring break, 4/8)

If you are not already aware of "who" the Compass & Clock audience is, let me remind you.

It's folks 40 & older. The Adult Children of Aging Parents and simultaneously parents of Toddlers, Teens, and Young Adults. Retirees. Grandparents. Etc.

Mindfulness for Parents could be helpful for anyone of us based on what's going on in our home. Whether you're:

  • helping your senior get through their last year of high school and fly the coop for college

  • you're the adult daughter helping mom navigate caregiving for your father with memory loss

  • maybe you're the grandparent helping your son manage being a single dad

Any of these scenarios could benefit from Mindfulness for Parents. Enjoy!

Go to the Dayaalu Center website today to see all their offerings. I am confident there's something there for each of you.
